We have two SawStop Industrial Cabinet Table Saws - one set to make rip cuts and one set to make crosscuts. The SawStop saw’s 36" Industrial T-Glide Fence System provides smooth operation, precision measurement and sure lockdown without deflection. SawStop’s Safety System stops on contact with skin.
Our Powermatic 1285 HH 12" jointer offers big capacity and performance in a machine that is loaded with features. Large center-mounted fence assembly adjusts easily via rack and pinion system with ram lock. Preset stops on the fence body allow for fast angle set-up at 45° in and out, and a positive stop for perfect 90° angles. The parallelogram design keeps the table in close proximity to the cutter heads for improved finish and allows for a fast depth of cut adjustment.
Our Powermatic 1800B Drill Press boasts 6” of quill travel with one revolution of the handle, a reversible handle that can be mounted on either side of the machine for more comfortable working of the quill, and a fence system adjustable for a perfect 90-degree relationship to the table and for rapid alignment of stock.
Our Makita Sliding Compound Miter Saw is an important machine for making both straight and angled cuts into the wood for moulding, trim work, rafters, and other carpentry applications. The Makita’s unique 2-Steel Rail Sliding System design offers single slide-glide operation. An in-front bevel lock feature allows for ease of use. The saw miters 0-60° left and right and bevels 0-48° left and right.
Our JessEm router lift pairs beautifully with our router table made in-house by Shop Steward Jack Wyatt. The router lift features double sealed ball bearings, which allow the user to experience super-smooth rotation and unmatched durability, even when handling the heaviest routers.
Our Powermatic 180 HH 18” Planer features a helical cutter head and an 18” wide, 6” thick capacity. The powerful 5HP motor can smooth and level your board surface to a consistent thickness every time.
Our SawTrax 2000 Panel Saw uses a 52” Makita saw and features an Accu-Square alignment system. It also features an Accu-Glide sealed bearing system with 12 bearings to travel up and down the 11 gauge nickel chrome plated guide tubes. The guide tubes are attached to the frame with identical top and bottom brackets ensuring a straight travel of the saw. The top bracket is fixed to the machine and the bottom bracket can be moved with the Accu-Square indexed alignment system allowing for 1/32″ incremental movement. This is set at the factory for perfect alignment when you receive it. It will never go out of square with this system.
Our South Bend 6" x 108" oscillating edge sander makes smoothing and finishing your work a breeze. This machine features sanding surfaces that tilt vertically and horizontally, a T-slot table and miter gauge, and three different sanding drums. Sanding a piece at table height is easier and gives the user a much better view of their work.
